1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to ToolLink (https://toollink.co.ke). ToolLink operates an enterprise B2B/B2C hardware marketplace connecting buyers, wholesale suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners across East Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda). By accessing our website, portals, or services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Buyer & Supplier Account Eligibility
Commercial suppliers must provide valid business registration certificates and KRA PIN numbers. Buyers are responsible for maintaining account security and credentials. ToolLink reserves the right to suspend accounts violating trade rules.
3. Orders, Wholesale MOQs & Pricing
Wholesale tier pricing applies based on Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) rules set by verified suppliers. All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES) or regional currencies inclusive of applicable VAT taxes.
4. Payment Processing & Escrow Settlement
Payments are processed securely via M-Pesa (Daraja), Card, or Bank EFT. Funds are held in marketplace settlement escrow until order delivery confirmation, whereupon 90% is disbursed to the supplier and 10% retained as marketplace commission.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya and East African Community trade regulations.
