1. Return Window & Eligibility
Buyers may file a return request within 7 days of delivery if the received hardware product is defective, damaged in transit, or fails to match advertised manufacturer specifications.
2. Refund Disbursement
Once the return is inspected and approved by ToolLink QA, refunds are processed back to the buyer's original M-Pesa or Bank account within 24–48 hours.
